Boys must be a high school Junior or Senior who have never attended Boys State before.

Boys State begins June 2nd - 6th, 2025 at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

“Legion” day is Thursday June 5th, 2025: American Legion members are invited to attend.

High School Teachers / Counselors can attend during “Legion” day (Thursday) to learn more of this program.

American Legion Posts that have late applicants who did not meet the deadline of May 1 can contact the registrar to see if there is still time to get in the late applicants. Time is critical on this.
